If your personal information is required to be provided to a potential purchaser of an ALBON entity as part of sale negotiations or due diligence related activities, where reasonably possible that information will be de-identified where reasonably possible.

We will take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. We use technologies and processes such as multi- factor authentication, access control procedures, network firewalls, encryption, password-protected databases and physical security measures to protect your personal information.

We will keep your personal information for only as long as it is necessary for the purpose for which we collected it. We will also take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify personal information if it is no longer needed for the purposes stated under this policy.
